Background:
Thyroid peroxidase (TPO) is a thyroid-specific enzyme involved in thyroid hormone synthesis. TPO can be found in normal
thyroid and thyroid carcinoma of papillary and follicular type. Studies indicate that TPO is a useful marker for the differentiation of benign and malignant thyroid neoplasms.

Recommended method:
Heat induced epitope retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer   (pH 9.0), primary antibody incubate at RT (18°C-25°C) for 30 minutes.
Immunogen:
Synthetic peptide corresponding to Human TPO protein was used as an immunogen. The exact    sequence is proprietary.
Storage Buffer:
PBS 59%, Sodium azide 0.01%, Glycerol 40%, BSA 0.05%.
Storage conditions:
-25°C to -18°C
Storage instructions:
